At one stage I had over 60 sites listed with them. Then about 15 months ago they steadily started going downhill.. Firstly, our websites started to get hacked regularly...like every 4 days. I spent hours having to either remove the malicious script or reload the whole site again, and then change the password..and then within a week it would be hacked again, so Globat obviously had a security issue. Their technical support on the matter was almost non-existent. I did manage to be contacted by Tom Cox, their CEO, who assured me they were working on it, however it never happened, and to this day, the few sites I still have on their servers still get hacked. I have also requested that these sites not be auto-renewed, but they do still, so I have asked for a refund for a large number of the sites. They were to pay me by January this year. Still waiting, and they won't respond to my emails. I am now seeking my lawyer to contact them and hopefully can finalize the matter.
